Painting with stitches!

Embroidery is a lovey mindful activity which creates stunning pictures with stitches.  With just a little bit of knowledge of a few basic stitches beautiful pieces are possible.

If you can stitch a button on you have a great foundation to learn the stitches needed for this project, and if not don’t worry that’s why I am there.

In this beginners workshop I will teach you the basic embroidery stitches and how to use them to decorative effect to create a flora monogram on a 6 inch hoop ready to be hung on display.  By the end of the session you will have the skills to continue your embroidery adventure.

I have designed the floral motif so it will fit on any letter of the alphabet.  It doesn’t matter if you are making it to represent your own name or as a gift for someone the design…
